It’s been a hard month so far. The heel broke on my stiletto, I got nail polish on my iPhone and then, to top it all off, they’d run out of wheatgrass juice at the gym. But enough of my troubles. Down at Mio they’ve launched a rather cool new set of services.
MioMore Service gathers together all of your favorite bits and combines them into one handy area, rather like a handbag on your PC.
You have:
• Local search, combines the best local databases and makes them accessible to you on your way to Val d’Isère
• Traffic information for making sure the driver is always on time
• New maps so he won’t get lost
• Desktop management software for putting on a computer so that he can plan the route better
To learn more about these services and to watch an exciting video featuring their very own actor in residence head off down to Mio’s website.
Oh well that’s all I’ve got time for now, I’m off to buy a tiara for my dog Mitzy and have lunch with the girls. Ciao

Avoid Traffic Problems

“In the old days, it was not called the Holiday Season; the Christians called it 'Christmas' and went to church; the Jews called it 'Hanukka' and went to synagogue; the atheists went to parties and drank. People passing each other on the street would say 'Merry Christmas!' or 'Happy Hanukka!' or (to the atheists) 'Look out for the wall!”

Mio hope that you have a wonderful holiday and good health in the New Year.
Mio are a collection of individuals working together for the common good. They have a variety of personalities that have chosen to manifest themselves through the works on this blog.
Here they are:
Nosey Nigel
Hi I’m Nigel, not sure if I like the title “Nosey”, but since you’ll find me scraping around behind the scenes maybe it’s appropriate. My job is to tell you about what happens behind the scenes at Mio. So I’ll tell you about how shows were created, how videos were filmed and anything else that’s of interest.
Active Annie
Hey there, I’m Annie. Tradeshows take a lot of organizing and I’m just the girl to do it. When I’m not at the shows you’ll find me on the road or down the gym. Tradeshows happen all the time and I have to be in the best shape to keep up with them.
News Hound Bob
Shangri-La was great and Bob will continue to go to the ends of the earth to find great stories for you. Through searching amongst the bolt holes and cellars of the cities I’ll bring you the latest news and revelations from Mio’s world.
Classy Carla
In between sips of Cristal and orange juice with the girls I have to make time to write these little pieces. With all my exclusive contacts, who else is best placed to promote all the good campaigns that Mio have?
Lab Rat Larry
It’s only by having a mole on the ground that you’ll find out what’s going on in the bowels of Mio’s design laboratory. That’s where I come in. Larry here, your ever faithful er…mole, always sniffing my way through the tunnels for the hottest products.
